PUBG (PlayerUnknown's Battlegrounds) has two key players in its creation:

• Concept and Design: Brendan "PlayerUnknown" Greene, an Irish video game developer, is credited with the core concept and design of PUBG. He had previously created popular battle royale mods for other games.
• Development and Publishing: PUBG Studios, a subsidiary of the South Korean company Krafton, developed the game based on Greene's vision. They are responsible for the full creation and publishing of PUBG.
